the room had a large terrace and a sea view. it was also spacious and very clean. the hotel felt safe, and it provided many amenities.
the hotel credit card machine would not accept a commonly used currency card at check-in.

I found the food magnificent. every evening, the meals were very delicious with variety. i loved trying something new at each sitting. the service and staff were commendable. The team was very kind and attentive from check-in to departure. the waiters in the all day dining restaurant were especially responsive to every request.
the hotel became busy with large families. it changed the atmosphere significantly .

the hotel includes two pools, one with a bar designed for adults and children over 16, and another, a general-purpose pool. entry to the sea is facilitated by two pontoons, and the far pontoon provides convenient access via stairs.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and feature very comfortable beds. the hotel supplied bottled water daily. Rooms also included tea and coffee facilities. plug sockets were limited, so an extension lead is useful for charging multiple devices.

The staff are professional, helpful, and always willing to assist. i really appreciated the reliable taxi service. An on-site atm provided added convenience. the staff helped us with our luggages.

the hotel's location allows very easy access to the beach and the red sea. the setting, nestled between the sea and mountains, is amazing! local markets are close by, offering opportunities for shopping and exploring.

The hotel offers diverse and delicious buffet meals. there were various options from many countries, catering to all tastes. The presentations were often fantastic. fresh juice was available everywhere, even with snacks on the beach, a nice surprise.

the food was high quality with many varieties. i really appreciated the fresh juice everywhere. even the snacks on the beach were very good. service at the pool and beach was excellent, i felt very pampered.
The minibar in the room was basic. It only had soft drinks and water. it would have been nice to have alcohol included. the cocktails were also weak and sugary, not very well made. wifi was poor and cut out frequently.
